11. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court for qualifying disputes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
